The One-to-one Programme

Escape from the cycle of despair and start to live your best life. This 6-month programme has the flexibility to allow me to use all of my skills to help you. Working 1:1, this route is tailored to your needs. Whatever it takes to get you from stuck to flourishing.

Included is an additional 6 months of telephone and email support to help you continue to live your best life.

The Small Group Programme

This small-group programme of no more than 4 participants and allows you to follow a proven series of techniques to help you overcome your challenges and issues. You gain the benefit of individual therapy combined with connecting with others who are experiencing similar issues to you. Using a more structured approach for 6 months.

This is particularly suitable for those who want more of a set framework.

The group programme is £2497. A payment plan is available.

The Self-Guided Programme

This pre-recorded programme allows you to resolve your issues and challenges in your own time. Working at your own pace and at a time to suit you. There are instructional videos and supporting documents in an easy-to-follow 12-step format, and lifetime access to the course content (for as long as it exists), you can revisit it anytime you need to.

This route is suitable for those who are time-constrained and are happy to be self-directed.
